WhaTnxT — Shaping your next chapter
With clarity, intention, and purpose.
You may not yet have the words for it. But something is emerging, - question, a restlessness, a sense that you want to use this stage of your life
and career differently or more intentionally.
WhaTnxT is a guided, peer-supported journey, a space to pause, get clear, and shape your next chapter with intention. Whether that means finding
new energy in where you are, or exploring a different direction entirely.
Something is shifting: in how you feel about your work, your contribution, or what comes next.
That feeling is not a problem to solve.
It is an invitation to explore.
Is this you?
You may recognise yourself in one or more of these:
You have built your career and yet something feels incomplete or restless.
You sense something is emerging but can't yet put words to it.
You want to contribute more meaningfully, within your current role or beyond it.
You are navigating a transition and want to approach it with clarity and intention rather than uncertainty.
If any of this resonates — you are in the right place.
What WhaTnxT offers
A structured, peer-supported journey over twelve months, moving from sensing to clarity, and from clarity to action.
This is not a space for ready-made answers. It is a space to do your own work with the right support, the right questions, and the right people alongside you. The journey leads you from “What brings me here” to “What Next”.
What typically emerges
Real clarity about what's next
A clearer sense of what truly matters to you at this stage.
A more intentional direction for your next chapter.
Practical next steps you can act on, within your current context or beyond it.
The confidence that comes from having chosen consciously
and for many, the relief of finally feeling unstuck, after carrying the question quietly for a long time
- The participants of the first cohort rated the program 9 or higher out of 10 — and said they would recommend it. -
What makes WhaTnxT distinctive is not just the structured journey, it is the people you travel it with. Participants build genuine trust and support through the program, checking in with each other between sessions and forming connections that extend well beyond it. Each cohort becomes part of a growing community of people who have chosen to shape their next chapter consciously.
What Participants say
"I entered the program with a mix of ideas and natural doubts about my next steps. The structure and content were instrumental in helping me gain more clarity to define my path forward. Annette fostered a collaborative environment, allowing us to share and grow together in a truly safe space. I recommend it to those navigating a mid-career transition."
— Cassia
"Sometimes we do everything except think about ourselves and our lives — and WhaTnxT made me pause and reflect. This is priceless. Now, I feel that change is possible, and that it is up to me to plan, to dream, to structure, to work and define what will be my next move."
— Luciana
Why I created this
This program grew out of my own experience.
I spent many years in global finance, building a career which I truly enjoyed. And yet, a question kept returning that I couldn't ignore:
Is this where I can make the difference I truly care about?
That question led me to shift into impact finance, one of the best decisions I ever made. Exciting, sometimes scary, and absolutely worth it.
And I am still in the middle of that journey…
Over the recent years, I had the opportunity to design, facilitate and participate in peer-based learning programs in different settings. I co-designed and led an intrapreneurship program at Philips and a changemaker program with Ashoka. I also experienced the format myself as a participant in a guided peer-learning leadership journey.
That combination means I know this experience from different angles: as participant, designer and facilitator.
Across all, I saw the same thing happen: when people are given the right space; honest conversations, genuine support, and the freedom to reconnect with what truly matters to them. People start to see more clearly — the opportunities, the possibilities, and their own potential. They feel encouraged to act.
That insight, and my own ongoing journey, is what led me to create WhaTnxT.
Your next step
If something here resonates — whether you want to explore what is emerging,
or simply have a conversation about what WhaTnxT could mean for you — I'd love to hear from you.
Just a first step.
